Neck and Back
"Doctor Rader has corrected the problem."
Dr. Rader has done wonders for my neck and back with Decompression Therapy. He has corrected a misalignment on my neck that has fixed the unevenness of the length of both sides of my body. In other words, one foot is no longer shorter than the other. Up to now, doctors recommended getting corrective shoes. Doctor Rader has corrected the problem."

Chronic Neck and Back Pain
"I feel great!"
I've been coming to Dr. Rader since November 2004 and it had been 37 years since my initial injury. I found it difficult to do a lot of normal, everyday things because I was usually in pain. After Dr. Rader's treatments, my spine has moved back more than 50% and my hips are almost perfectly aligned. I feel great!

Back Pain
"...after the treatments and a few NUCCA adjustments, I am back to my active self again."
I am happy to report that I am so much better after completing the spinal decompression treatments last year. It was becoming increasingly difficult to sit or stand for any length of time. Then, one Sunday morning, I saw a television report on spinal decompression and knew right away that I had found the answer for me. Now, after the treatments and a few NUCCA adjustments, I am back to my active self again. Both you and Lindsey have been so warm and caring. I truly appreciate all that you have done. Thank you so very much!

Back Problems
"Dr. Rader believes in what he does and it shows."
I wanted to thank you for making it possible for me to go on my Colorado Adventure. This is something I wanted to do for a while, but was unable to do because of my back problems. I went to an orthopedic surgeon after my car accident in February 2007. I was given steroid packs, pain pills, muscle relaxers, injections and physical therapy; however, nothing seemed to work until my mother- in- law told me about spinal decompression and the success she had with the treatments. I thought I would give it a shot.
That's when I met with Dr. Rader.
During my initial consultation, one of the questions he asked was, "What would you do if you no longer had back problems?" One of my answers was, "Take an Outward Bound Alpine Backpacking trip." I asked Dr. Rader if this would even be an option. He answered that it depended on how I responded to the adjustments and the decompression. In less than two months, my back felt stronger than it had in a long time and I was able to take my trip. The trip involved miles of hiking with a 55 pound pack, climbing 13,686 feet, rock climbing, rappelling, white water rafting and a very challenging ropes course. I accomplished this without any back problems. (I did have to promise to wear my belt!)
The last three months with Dr. Rader and Lindsey have been a very positive experience for me, not just because I now have less back pain, but because of the warm, friendly environment they provide. Lindsey remembered my name after the first visit (I think it took Dr. Rader a little longer!). They both seem to really care about their patients. One can usually tell when someone is truly passionate about what they do or if they are just going through the motions. Dr. Rader believes in what he does and it shows.
Thanks again for working so hard to help make this trip possible!

Back Pain
"An 11-year-old is just too young to be having this kind of back pain..."
Thank you so much for helping my back to feel better. I had back pains before my cheerleading accident. After I saw Dr. Rader heal my sister from migraines, I was very thankful. Then I hurt my back. I couldn't move without my back hurting. I was out of school for one month. I had an MRI and I had a back scan. Nothing was different. My mom took me to Dr. Rader. An 11-year-old is just too young to be having this kind of back pain, he said. I was out of alignment one inch. Thank you so much.
Thanks,
Emily

Back Pain
"...you took my pain level from a 10 to a 3, and without medication."
I want to thank you and your staff for helping me in my very painful time of need. You made me have hope for the medical field again. Doctors today take so long to get you in and then they only see you for five minutes. The three hours I was with you and your friendly staff was well worth it. You made me feel very comfortable and welcome. And better yet, you took my pain level from a 10 to a 3, and without medication. It's so hard to get people to understand what it's like to live with such pain day after day. I am thankful there are people like you. Now I can go forward, live my life and do the things I enjoy doing.
Over the past 10 years, I have hurt my back many times lifting things, but it always got better and the thought of changing jobs is not an option for me. I am a very active person who loves to be on the go all the time. Working construction, I hurt my back a few times and was down for a few months with pain.
You and your staff were very well worth the time and money I spent that day. I think if I hadn't gone to you, I would have been off work and not able to live my life for a month or two at least. You gave me my life back that same day. I am so grateful to you. I have told many people about you and what you do, and what you have done for me.

Leg Pain
"Thanks to Dr. Rader I no longer suffer from leg pain."
Before I was treated at North Dallas Spine Center my right leg used to pivot out causing severe muscle pain. I have been suffering from this unbalanced situation for at least 10 years. Hiking would often result in a pulled leg muscle. I have been to other chiropractors in the past but these treatments didn't seem to make a difference.
Because of my occupation as a Marine this type of problem would hinder my physical abilities to perform. Recently, a family member suggested that I visit Dr. Rader for another problem that I was having. After two visits to Dr. Rader, my leg began to point straight and the corrections have been holding.
Thanks to Dr. Rader I no longer suffer from leg pain.

Hip Pain
"Only Dr. Rader was able to pinpoint the problem and make the necessary adjustment."
The first thing I want to say is that Dr. Rader is a miracle worker. Following the adjustment I had no idea that I would feel as well as I do today.
I have had a constant pain in my right hip, which I had adapted to after it had been locked up for over eight years. This situation further caused misalignment in my spine and neck, causing me undue stress.
I have been to orthopedic doctors, physical therapists, many different chiropractors, acupuncturists and massage therapists... all to no avail.
Only Dr. Rader was able to pinpoint the problem and make the necessary adjustment. For that I could not be more thankful to him and his staff.
Sincerely,
Marion

Hip Pain and Herniated Discs
"I am very active physically and work out four days a week with a trainer. I also dance with a dance instructor two nights a week as well as ride horses. I am 57 years old, and have no intention of giving that up."
My name is Steve and I am a resident of Plano, TX. I started coming to Dr. Rader for treatment in 2006. At the time, I was experiencing some significant hip discomfort as well as back discomfort. The treatments from Dr. Rader were extremely effective. The pain was a 7-8 in the hip most days and something less in the back. At the time of my consultation, he correctly identified a problem in my left hip. I had calcified tissue and was seeing an orthopedic specialist for that.
In regards to my back, Dr. Rader recommended an MRI, and I soon found out that I had three herniated discs. I am glad to say at this point in time I am experiencing no pain and no discomfort on my back at all and my alignment has maintained consistency.
This has been a great experience and has helped me tremendously. I am very active physically and work out four days a week with a trainer. I also dance with a dance instructor two nights a week as well as ride horses. I am 57 years old, and have no intention of giving that up. Dr. Rader has been a very good partner in the process of helping me to continue to move where I want to be. I will soon be pretty much back to normal!

Back, Neck and Hip Pain
"Now I'm walking without pain, standing upright, exercising again, walking my dog, doing yoga and whatever else I want to do, all without pain!"
In August of 2007 I was in such bad shape that I didn't know what I was going to do. I was in constant pain which was affecting my daily life. It was hard to get out of a chair, and when I did I couldn't straighten myself to a fully standing position. I was walking like a little old lady hunched over at the age of 55. Both my hips were hurting so bad that I couldn't even get comfortable in bed to sleep. I had numbness, tingling, and pain in my legs, feet, elbows, neck and hands. I was a mess and didn't know where to turn.
I have been to doctors who just told me that down the road I was going to need hip replacement and neck surgery. I told them that I didn't think so, that there had to be a better way and I was going to find it.
A friend brought me to Dr. Rader to see what he was doing to her. She thought the whole procedure was odd. Since I used to be a registered nurse, everything that Dr. Rader was telling my friend made perfect sense to me. So, I went home and thought about what I just heard and then made an appointment for myself. That phone call was the best thing that I could have ever done for myself.
Dr. Rader sent me for an MRI of my spine and neck. Like I suspected my entire spine was a mess! I had 3 herniated disks in my neck, which I knew, I had some herniated disks in my upper back and every one of my disks in my lumber region was herniated and three disks were getting ready to rupture. No wonder I was in so much pain!
I was immediately started on the DRX9000 spinal decompression machine. My case was a little more complicated than some others due to the fact that I had to have the 28 sessions on my lower back and 28 sessions on my neck. Since I was such a mess it took a long time before I started to feel any relief. I have to tell you that it was very hard for me to tolerate this machine at the beginning because of the severity of my neck and spine. With the combination of NUCCA and the DRX9000 little by little I was starting to feel better.
At the beginning I just couldn't hold a NUCCA adjustment and had to be adjusted frequently. Dr. Rader told me that if you had problems for years, and mine was over 30 years, that it would take longer for the NUCCA to hold. When it finally held I felt so much taller and in balance. I can feel when I'm out of balance now and will go for a NUCCA adjustment sooner if I have to. First I could get off of a chair without pain, my hips stopped hurting and eventually my neck pain and back pain stopped hurting. The last to leave was the numbness and tingling. It was interesting because one day I just woke up and said to myself that something was missing. I realized what that something was, that I wasn't in pain anymore, which was such a huge part of my life for so long!
Now I'm walking without pain, standing upright, exercising again, walking my dog, doing yoga and whatever else I want to do, all without pain! I go about every 6 weeks for a DRX9000 treatment on both my neck and back just to make sure everything stays in place. I know how to listen to my body now, and if something doesn't feel right, I immediately call Dr. Rader before anything gets to out of whack! Dr. Rader checks me about every 4 weeks to see if I need a NUCCA adjustment too.
Dr. Rader is a life saver! I don't know where I would be right now without him. I couldn't live in the pain I was in for the rest of my life nor was I willing to be constantly cut open and most probably made worse than I was. My advice to anyone who has back, neck or hip pain, don't suffer one more minute of pain and make that phone call to Dr. Rader so that you can feel whole again and enjoy doing all the things you used to and had to stop. Why wait, make that appointment today!

Pain and Depression
"With just one adjustment after my X-rays and evaluation, I was pain free."
When I first came to Dr. Rader's office my life was filled with pain and depression. When I had found out that I could no longer play golf because of the pain it would inflict on my body, I was very depressed. I realized that there were a lot more important things in life than playing golf, but my quality of life had deteriorated to the point of not being able to stand for more than 5 minutes without intense pain. Bending over or getting on my knees was almost impossible because of the pain.
I had not taken very good care of my body during my younger years. 22 years of football, 11 of which were with the Dallas Cowboys, resulted in two knee surgeries and left me with one leg shorter than the other. Needless to say my back, arms, neck, and shoulders took a beating during those years also. Arthritis had settled in most of my joints causing some of the pain.
Playing golf was something that I enjoyed with friends and I considered it an essential part of my retirement. When I realized that my quality of life had deteriorated to this point and even golfing was going to be eliminated from activities before retirement, I became depressed.
The pain was located in the small of my back, my right hip, and my right groin. It would keep me up at night and nag at me during the day. As I mentioned earlier, the pain was so intense and restricting, it would prevent me from doing normal activities and certainly from swinging a golf club.
With just one adjustment after my X-rays and evaluation, I was pain free. I was pain free for two weeks. At that time, I felt so good, I hit some golf balls, against Dr. Rader's advice. It was a mistake! The pain returned almost immediately. With another adjustment my pain was gone and I have been listening to Dr. Rader ever since. In time I will be able to play golf again. Thanks Dr. Rader.
My pain is gone, I walk taller, I am much happier and above all I am thankful for finding someone who can improve my quality of life like Dr. Rader has done. My wife, our daughter, and my brother are now practice members of the North Dallas Spine Center.
With many thanks,

Chronic Back Pain
"...after a few adjustments I began to look forward to getting up every morning again!"
I like coming to the Spine Center because Dr. Rader has really helped me. When I first came to see him, my outlook on life was not good, but after a few adjustments I began to look forward to getting up every morning again! Dr. Rader has also helped my husband with the pain in his back.
The first thing I noticed about Dr. Rader was how sincere his concern was for us and continues to be. He's real down to earth and we really like that. He treats us like friends but with respect.
We're very grateful to him and to God for using him in this way.

"Today, I take no medications. I am drug free."
I had fallen many times between the ages of 30 and 61, continuously hurting my neck, back and legs. I was told after surgery in 1999 that there was nothing that doctors could do for me. I was told that I was just going to have to live with the pain.
The surgery in 1999 left me even more disabled and the medicine that I was asked to take kept me from being physically stable. I was clearly disabled with no hope of ever being a productive human being again. I can honestly say that I have stopped taking all of my prescription medications, including high blood pressure, 4 different antidepressants, 4 different pain medications, arthritis and joint medication, medication for fibromyalgia, aspirin, and acetaminophen, just to name a few. Today, I take no medications. I am drug free.
I learned of a procedure that has had little publicity but has had a high percentage of success in helping people just like you and I get rid of the pain in our bodies for good. You see, your brain has to sit level in your head for it to work properly. Any little tilt or imbalance not only can cause pain, but also can mar your thinking and concentration abilities. Once your brain is balanced, then your neck should also be balanced at the same time so that the C1 (atlas) vertebra in your neck always cradles your brain in a balanced position. Once your neck has been adjusted, you will feel the difference almost immediately. These treatments are called NUCCA corrections. New research shows that problems in the cervical spine can cause progressively degenerative structural, neurological, physiological and pathological symptoms. Yet, when a small but measurable spinal misalignment known as the Atlas Subluxation Complex is detected and corrected, a return toward good health and normal activity can be realized.
As far as herniated, ruptured and degenerating discs are concerned, a state-of-the-art machine has been developed which separates the vertebrae in your spine very gently to allow your disc to receive the much needed oxygen and moisture to allow them to heal in a natural manner. This process takes approximately 6 to 8 weeks to help you realize your full healing potential. There are only a few practitioners who have this equipment or know how to administer the NUCCA adjustments so that your entire spinal column receives the necessary help for your body to heal itself. My pain level dropped from a level 10 to a level 2 and 3 in a few short weeks and a pinched nerve that had been sending screeching pain down my left gluteal (butt) muscle was relieved so that I could drive! Herniated, ruptured, degenerated disc and bone spurs that were causing excruciating pain are no longer causing pain so that I can function better.
These practitioners who have these new techniques are in fact unique healers. They have dedicated themselves to helping people become pain free so that they can live a full and prosperous life. The only problem with these practitioners is that they are few and far between. There are only a handful of these practitioners in the world much less in the Dallas area where I live. I am very blessed to have found one of the most wonderful healing practitioners in existence today and that is Dr. Travis Rader at North Dallas Spine Center, Plano, Texas, 972-781-0010, or http://www.dallasspinecenter.com. It is important that you check out the testimonials on his of some of the many patients that he has treated with great success and not just take my word for it.
The reason that I am writing this is because I feel that Dr. Rader is a genuine, caring individual who truly wants to help you feel better and be the best that you can possibly be. When you meet him and his staff, you will realize that what I am telling you is true. I can feel the goodness in him and his staff. They are helping Americans feel better one person at the time and truly mean it! It is sad to say that most doctors don't really care whether you get well or not, they have all the business they will ever need and really no time for new patients. So, give Dr. Rader a chance and don't forget to tell him that Happy sent you.
Let's face it folks, life requires a lot of energy and if you are in pain all the time, then you cannot perform well in any area of your life. So, get out of pain! Call Lindsey and set up your consultation appointment today, without fail! You know there are no guarantees in life, but I will guarantee you that if you contact Dr. Rader's office and set up a consultation that he will tell you if you are qualified to receive his awesome, pain relieving treatments.
It is my most sincere, heartfelt desire that you prosper mentally, emotionally, physically and financially and that you acquire your innermost desires. I AM......Happy!

Severe Disc Pain
"After the fourth week, my herniated disc pain was gone."
Thank you for what you have done for me. I am 70. I came with degenerative low back and herniated discs, as well as a very sore heel. I was ready to go for shots for my back and my daughter-in-law, Robin, asked me to please go to you, Dr. Rader, before I did that. I am so very thankful that I listened to her. Your NUCCA treatment relieved my very sore heel the first time you did it. Then, I have spent 6 weeks on the DRX9000 machine. After the fourth week, my herniated disc pain was gone. I looked forward to coming for these treatments four times a week. I am pain free. I think for the first time in 37 years, I am beginning to learn how to take care of my back properly. I ice twice a day, even on days I have had treatments and ice at the office. Thank you, Lindsey, for reminding me that the ice would help, even at home. I plan to continue maintenance. Dr. Rader, you are a special person, in my books. When I come, you and Lindsey treat me as if I am the most important person there. I know you are the same with other practice members. I call you my "miracle worker" with "hot hands." I am so glad I found you and the treatment you have available. I am a changed person. God bless you as you continue your skill and empathetic way as you help each of us.

Severe Leg Pain
"I cried the day that I could circle 0% pain on the sign in sheet."
2009 was the year that I had finally decided to work on losing weight and getting super healthy. By November I had lost 25 lbs by changing my diet and walking for exercise. My goal was to walk 10,000 steps daily, and I finally reached this goal November 17!
However, something started to go wrong on November 22. As the day progressed, I started having severe pain radiating down my left leg. By the time I finished eating out with my family, I could barely make it to the car. I went to the emergency room and was given a shot for the pain. The following day my family physician gave me more pain meds, ordered an MRI and referred me to an orthopedic surgeon. The MRI showed I had a herniated disc in the L3-L4 region of my back. The nerve pain was so excruciating that I opted to have a steroid shot in my back. This helped with the pain, but I still had severe muscle weakness and could barely life my left leg two inches.
Overnight I went from walking 10,000 steps a day to barely being able to walk! This could not be how my life would turn out- I was 46 years old. In addition, my job as a Software Engineer requires that I sit for long periods every day. Even this was becoming too painful. I was considering going on short-term disability. As the steroid began to wear off, I realized that my back was not getting any better and so I opted to try physical therapy. I was in so much pain after the second session that I was bedridden for two days. My orthopedic surgeon said that my only option was a surgical procedure called a discectomy. However, during my office visit with him, the more questions I asked, the more uneasy I became. There had to be another alternative!
I talked to my husband's uncle about my condition and he sent me a link to Dr. Rader's North Dallas Spine Center. After reading the information on his website, I was very intrigued and the testimonials gave me hope for the first time in months! I had a consultation with Dr. Rader on Jan. 13, 2010 and was very impressed with the thoroughness of his exam and the confidence hr showed about being able to help my condition. I decided to try the NUCCA procedure as well as the non-surgical spinal decompression treatment with the DRX9000 machine. Dr. Rader has only had to perform ONE NUCCA adjustment on my C1 vertebrae and it totally balanced my body. Before the adjustment, I was carrying 40 more pounds of weight on my left side. After the adjustment, I was perfectly balanced and have been ever since!
The first treatment on the DRX9000 left me non-functional for 4 days — I could barely walk and had to use a cane to get around. But by the third day, I realized that the nerve pain that had been radiating down my left hip and leg was gone! It took about another 2 weeks before I could finally stop taking pain medication. I cried the day that I could circle 0% pain on the sign in sheet. I have completed my 25 sessions on the DRX9000 and to this day I still do not take anything for pain.
I am so thankful to Dr. Rader and Lindsey for giving me my life back! I tell everyone these days that I am a miracle; and I give all thanks to Dr. Rader my "miracle worker." I have been spreading the word telling everyone about my experience these last few months and would never hesitate to recommend Dr. Rader to anyone. No one has to suffer from back or neck pain again. I know that I won't. I plan to continue to have follow-up treatments to maintain my back health. I am looking forward to a very bright future and have started my walking program again! Thanks again, Dr. Rader and Lindsey for all of your help!!!

Neck Pain and Bulging Disc
"About 7 months later I was feeling great with no neck tension at all and had run another Marathon!"
After having serious neck pain after doing some landscaping work in my yard, I found out that I had a bulging disk in my neck. The doctor told me that I couldn't really do anything to ease the tension in my neck. I am also a Marathon Runner. The doctor told me I would have to keep my running distances shorter. I heard about Dr. Rader through a friend and I made an appointment.
Dr. Rader did a great job and has helped me get back into my active lifestyle. I consider myself a pretty skeptical person when it comes to alternative types of medicine. Dr. Rader has definitely changed my opinion of NUCCA Chiropractic. Thanks Dr. Rader!

Bulging Disc/Migraines
"Can you fix him?"
I'll never forget when I called you and told you that my husband was in a lot of pain in his neck and down his left arm and elbow and asked, "Can you fix him?" Little did I know at that time how much you could fix him. I watched him in the previous months hold his left arm, walking in a lot of pain and having a lot of sleepless nights. He had been to a chiropractor and was told he had a bulging disk and there was nothing else he could do. He was looking at having surgery. We had been told about you by our friends and decided to try you before surgery. Especially since Bill is diabetic.
Bill started seeing you and the change was remarkable. He noticed that the pain started going away in his elbow, arm and up in his back. As weeks went by, the pain became less and less and he was sleeping all night again. Now he is pain free and feels great. We are so thankful we made the choice to come to you.
Then there is my story. I have had migraines for years and started having pain between my shoulders, in my neck, and in my back. You kept telling me to come see you and how health was so important. The pain in my neck got so bad I finally decided OK, I can't take it anymore. I gave in and started coming to see you. When I was adjusted the first time, you asked me to get up and walk around, to see how I felt. My neck was better, but what surprised me most was the fact I could breathe clearly. Something I haven't been able to do for so many years. I decided it was something I was going to have to live with for the rest of my life. As weeks went by I started feeling better and sleeping better than I had in years. I also noticed that when I washed my hair it didn't come out as much as it had been. Previously my beautician commented on my scalp being really tight. She had given me some shampoo that helped but this was unbelievable. My hair loss was less that it had been in years. And as far as the migraines, I had one once after you adjusted me and I haven't had one since. All I can say is what took me so long?
Thank you, Dr. Rader for changing our lives.

Herniated Disc
"I slept through the night for the first time in years and could not believe the relief I was getting."
After my first adjustment from Dr. Rader I could not believe the relief I received, after living in pain for 19 years, months and months of therapy, attending "back school" to learn how to live in pain, not to mention the thousands of dollars spent and lost time with my kids. This doctor was going to "fix me" by adjusting me below my ear! Unbelievable! But, that is exactly what he did and here is my testimony.
I had a herniated disc in my lower back in 1986. I was 31. I walked around 9 months dragging my right leg and living in incredible pain while going to physical therapy every day, taking prescription medicine and attaching myself to a TENS Unit to divert the pain waves to my brain before I got any relief. They suggested surgery but I did not like the risk that came with that. So off and on over the next 19 years I dealt with this injury. There were times when it was so bad I would just lay on a heating pad for days.
March 2005. A co-worker who had just moved here from Phoenix, Arizona noticed I was walking slowly and without my typical grin and ask what was wrong. After telling her about my back, she told me about this back Doctor she had been going to since she was 10. She then found one here in Plano and gave me his name and number. I made the call that would change my life forever.
On my first visit, I was very nervous and in pain. I was leaving for Atlanta the next day, a 10-hour drive in the car and I could hardly sit at all. After all the questions, scan, X-rays and discussion about cost I was told to return in the morning for my first adjustment. When I went home that evening, my husband asked me what it was about and I said I really don't know. All I knew was that Dr. Rader does not believe in surgery or prescription drugs and that he said he could help me. My husband said, whatever it takes honey, hugged me and we prayed that God had sent me this Doctor and I was going to get better.
My appointment was at 7:30 a.m. I was leaving at 2:00 to go to Atlanta. I woke up, tossed down a couple of gel cap Advil and drove to Dr. Rader's office. When I arrived, sweet Lindsey showed me to the examining room.
As I sat on the examining table praying for God to calm my nerves and give me strength, in walked Dr. Rader. He put up my X-rays and explained to me how I was out of alignment and that how what he does is realign my body so that it can work the way it should. I thought that is going to be a miracle in itself. My body has not worked the way it should in years. I removed my earrings and got down on the smaller table. As I lay there waiting for him to pounce on me and pop my back, neck and other areas of my body, which is what I thought all chiropractors did, I thought and prayed, Lord let this really work. As he took one final look at my X-rays he noticed how tense I was and asked me if I was ok. I told him I was nervous and that I did not like the popping part. He assured me that he does nothing like that. He gently laid his hand on my ear and said "This is all the pressure you will feel." I took a deep breath and he did his magic.
After he did the adjustment I started to giggle inside and thought to myself. Girl, you might have been born at night but it was not last night! This doctor was going to get me well by pushing gently on my ear! I am sure there is a lot more to it than that, but that is all I felt!
He asked me to stand and walk around. I asked him, is that it? He said yes. I started to laugh out loud! You're kidding! He said no; tell me how you feel. I laughed again and he said again, how do you feel? How do I feel? I feel like a fool! (I did not say that out loud). I then noticed the burning had eased in my back and I felt balanced. I walked around a little and said I feel better or at least different. He told me my adjustment would continue over the next 3 days and to not hesitate to call him if I had questions.
I went to the front desk and Lindsey showed me the "time out room" at least that is what I call it because it is probably the only time in my life I completely stop. I sat there for 15 minutes trying to relax and not laugh still thinking this was crazy! Taking a deep breath, I finally relaxed, a little.
When I left the room, Lindsey gave me my next appointment card and Dr. Rader's personal cell phone and said to call if I needed to ask more questions or needed anything. I thought that was different. A doctor giving out his personal cell phone...hmmm.
Drove to Forney, Texas where I live and got in the van for the long road trip to Atlanta. My husband asked how I felt and I told him I'm not sure, something was different about my back, but I was not sure what it was. An hour after we were on the road, Dr. Rader called my cell phone and asked me how I was doing. My teeth almost fell out of my mouth. I could not believe he was calling me to see how I was doing. I told him I was feeling better, he told me to try and stop every 2 hours and get out and walk around and to call him if I needed anything. My husband looked at me and said that was surprising.
Over the course of the next 3 days, the pain and spasms continued to decrease; I slept through the night for the first time in years and could not believe the relief I was getting. My husband took his time getting us back home and we stopped and actually did a little sightseeing.
That was 5 months ago and I am in great shape. I have only once had a slight backache and only after digging in my flowerbed all day. My husband is now a patient of his and tells everyone I know that there is a doctor who performs miracles. His name is Dr. Rader! Thank you Dr. Rader!

Migraines
"In October I had six migraines. In November I had five. In December I had one."
I read on the Internet that some people with migraines benefit from upper cervical adjustment. I have seen a neurologist who specializes in migraine for about six years, and I take a prescription triptan with migraine onset. Anyone who has migraines wants to find the root source.
I first saw Dr. Rader in October 2004. I had been averaging 4 or 5 migraines a month. I called for an appointment after I had four migraines in six days.
Initially after beginning treatment, my migraines actually got a bit worse. But I was motivated to continue treatment because I saw an improvement in several unexpected areas. My left jaw, which has had a TMJ problem for several years, felt better after the first adjustment than it had in several years. The head tremor that started with cholesterol medication about six years ago improved about 75% after the first adjustment. I cancelled my appointment with a neurologist who specializes in tremor. And I had a day with energy I hadn't felt in several years.
In October I had six migraines. In November I had five. In December I had one. So far in January I have had two. I have noticed four or five times that a migraine seems to be starting; I have waited to be sure before taking medication, and the migraine has gone away. In some cases the migraines I have are milder than they were before.
I am having more days with energy and endurance and have realized how bad I have felt for the past two or three years. I don't notice the tremor anymore except when my body is going out of adjustment. My neck and shoulders are generally comfortable when my body is in adjustment; before I began treatment they hurt all the time.
I am enthusiastic about the improvements I'm experiencing and think more people should know about this treatment method. Dr. Rader is a caring person who really listens. And the atmosphere in his practice is warm and welcoming.
Sincerely,

"I wanted a better solution to my problem, one that didn't involve pain medication."
Dr. Rader in my opinion is a miracle worker. I have suffered with terrible tension and migraine headaches for at least eight years. Sometimes, the headaches were so bad, that I couldn't even get out of bed. I have two small children and am a professional singer and voice teacher and my constant headaches were beginning to affect my life very negatively. I sought doctor after doctor, even a headache specialist. The common thread among all doctors was medication- either antidepressants or migraine/tension prescription- EEK! I didn't want to be dependent on medicine at my age (36). I wanted a better solution to my problem, one that didn't involve pain medication.
Fortunately, one of my voice students told me about Dr. Rader and that he had really helped her with her migraine headaches. I said I would give it a try and WOW! As he began my first adjustment, I literally felt tension leave my body and a feeling of relaxation took over. It was awesome! My neck no longer hurt and I felt like I had just had a two-hour massage. I was so relaxed. I stood up and I felt dramatically different. I went home that day feeling better than I had felt in years and in complete awe of what Dr. Rader had done for me. Dr. Rader even called me at home after the first adjustment to check on me. I have never ever had a doctor call me at home. That made an impression on me and speaks volumes about his character and integrity as a doctor.
I really feel that Dr. Rader cares about his practice members and wants to help them. Since my first treatment, I have been doing well. I hardly have headaches anymore and if I do have one, they are so mild and usually go away on their own. Very seldom do I have to take Advil. Dr. Rader has helped me so much with my headaches and I am so thankful for him and all that he has done for me.
Thank you and God Bless You, Dr. Rader

Depression and Migraine Headaches
"Now, one year later, I have stopped taking my migraine medications and have no longer had neck pain."
I had been taking antidepressants for my migraines and was not thrilled about having to take this medication even though it was such a low dose. I also had severe neck pain for a few months that I thought was stress related due to a new job.
I had consulted with a chiropractor about treatment. The chiropractor told me that the treatment was going to last 4 months and I had to go 3 times a week. You even had to pay for the treatment up front. The office didn't give me the warm fuzzies...I felt like I was just a number.
I mentioned my concern to a friend that happens to be a nurse anesthetist. She told me about a NUCCA doctor in Austin that was treating her for her digestive issues. She gave me Dr. Rader's name and I came to see him.
At my friend's recommendation, I went to Dr. Rader's office and immediately noticed a difference in the way he does business. At first I was hesitant and didn't think I could see such dramatic results. A couple of weeks after my first treatment, I had almost no neck pain. Now, one year later, I have stopped taking my migraine medications and have no longer had neck pain.
Coming to Dr. Rader's office is always a pleasant feeling because you know he really wants to help people.
Thanks Dr. Rader!

Migraines
"Now, one year later, I have stopped taking my migraine medications and no longer have neck pain."
I have been getting migraines since I was 12 years old. They started off painful and have only gotten worse. By the time I was 20 years old, I was having migraines an average of 20 days out of every month and had to be put on two daily medications in order to be able to lead a normal life. Of course, it took them two years to find the medications that would work. Even with the medication, I was still having migraines about seven to ten days a month, and having to take more medicine with each migraine that occurred. I was stuck in this cycle for almost seven years.
I started teaching two years ago and my migraines became a huge problem for me. Sometimes it's hard to deal with 25 sixth graders on a good day, but when I get a migraine it becomes difficult to perform even the most routine lesson. One of the other sixth grade teachers knew how much trouble I have had with my migraines, and had heard about Dr. Rader through her sister. She said I should give him a call, maybe he could help me. She also knew that my husband and I would like to start a family and had been looking into alternatives to the daily medications (which are unhealthy for pregnant women). So almost a year ago, I decided to give it a try.
Immediately after my first adjustment, I noticed my body felt more balanced. I started to have fewer migraines almost right away, and they keep getting better. My neurologist is very excited with the progress I have made and she has begun reducing my medications already. I only have about one migraine a month now, and even those do not cause even a fraction of the pain I was in before I began seeing Dr. Rader. It's nice to find a doctor who really listens and looks at the whole picture for what is causing an ailment. Thanks to this process, I have my health and planning a family has finally become a reality for my husband and I.

Headaches, Dizziness, Weakness, and Memory Loss
"Within four months, I'm completely fine, healthy, and wealthy of my health. I feel on top of the world."
My story is a long one. I used to have a lot of headaches, dizziness, my knees stretch, loss of memory, lack of concentration, and a lot of weakness. You can say just a lousy old woman at the age of 30.
I changed three doctors. They ripped me off every time I went there. They used to charge me almost $200.00 every visit in spite of my insurance. I had a CT scan done, but no indications were found. Then one of the doctors said I had fibromyalgia and there is no treatment for it, just wait and watch. I went to a rheumatologist. He said my arthritis was at a higher level and this could result in confinement to a wheelchair permanently for a couple of years. I was just 28 yrs. old then; had 2 kids, 1 in kindergarten and the other still younger. He said that there is one thing that can be done; they have to give a steroid (don't know exact word). That means that they have to flush my blood from the whole body and get another without any guarantee. I even had my eyes checked and there is no family history of any kind.
Finally at work, someone gave me a business card for Dr. Rader. I called him and set up my first appointment, which was a free consultation. I visited so many different doctors, gave lots of blood samples, and was also losing weight without any specific symptoms detected, so I was a little mean to the doctor. Without his knowledge, I was testing him in my own way, to see whether he is also among those money-reaping doctors, or if he can really cure me.
After a brief conversation and X-Rays, I had a little faith in his treatment. I used to ask him what happened in my case type and he said exactly the same thing that I was experiencing. I once over-ruled his instructions of resting after an adjustment was made. I just wanted to know whether he was right or wrong and he was right. I didn't tell him then, but a long time after that.
He also felt proud of being tested and also that I'm pleased with his treatment. He taught me how to relax, notice my stress and symptoms, and relate to them. Within four months, I'm completely fine, healthy, and wealthy of my health. I feel on top of the world. I'm fine and so I feel good about myself.
Thanks to Dr. Rader and his sincere efforts to cure and treat directly at the cause of trouble. He is very friendly and kind. I finally found a doctor that I can trust and can be trusted by all. I'm now absolutely fine, after spending thousands of dollars and at least five years elsewhere. In just a couple of adjustments with the help of Dr. Rader, I'm pretty fit. Thanks Dr. Rader!
Sincerely,
Nancy P.

"Rob has managed to avoid serious back surgery and maintain strenuous work levels for many, many years..."
Rob and I just wanted to take the opportunity at the start of a new year to that you for your care and your gift to us of good health.
Although, through NUCCA, Rob has managed to avoid serious back surgery and maintain strenuous work levels for many, many years, I have just recently experienced extreme lower back pain, necessitating treatment, and I am very grateful that I knew where to go for care when I too started suffering from back pain problems. We highly recommend you to all that we know who endure such difficulties.
Thanks again for your excellent care. We wish you good luck and success in the New Year,

Shoulder and Neck Pain
"I could not believe that the treatment, which took just a matter of moments, truly relieved pain I had been in for nearly ten years!"
In the summer of 2001, I started feeling intense pain and muscle pulling on my left side shoulder blade area. Massages (by family and professionals) did not relieve this pain. I found that standing long hours intensified my pain. I went to physical therapists, a personal trainer and various chiropractors, but none of these methods helped to fully relieve the pain I was experiencing. I resorted to buying a back brace support to help with my posture and pain. This did help sometimes on my really bad days, but it was obviously a temporary solution to my problem — not a cure by any means.
Around summer 2009, I started feeling shooting pain through my left hip area, but the majority of my pain was still in my left shoulder blade area. I went to a shoulder specialist and had a neck MRI done. I was told there were no pinched nerves and was just given steroid shots to alleviate the pain I was experiencing. (Since I am not really a medicine-taker, I lived with my pain throughout all these years and never tried to mask it.) The steroid shots numbed my pain, but when they wore off I was back to being irritable and easily frustrated because of my pain.
After all of these attempts to try to figure out what was wrong with me and finding no answers, I was left feeling disappointed (especially after the MRI because at least if a pinched nerve had been detected, I would have known what was wrong with me). I knew my symptoms were really there and I was not making them up, but without knowing where to turn, I just continued to live in my pain.
Around October 2009, an old high school friend was in Dallas for a NUCCA convention and she explained to me what NUCCA was. Without her I would not have discovered this method of chiropractic care and approach. Within a week of talking with her, I decided to give NUCCA a try and contacted Dr. Rader's office.
Dr. Rader performed the most thorough evaluation anyone has ever done on my body to really find out what was wrong with me. He conducted a muscle and nerve evaluation, as well as took X-rays of my entire spine and neck areas. He checked my legs and noticed I had "short leg" syndrome and the pulling I was feeling was my body trying to compensate for my unbalanced alignment.
After my first NUCCA adjustment with Dr. Rader, I could not believe that the treatment, which took just a matter of moments, truly relieved pain I had been in for nearly ten years! It brought me to happy tears to have Dr. Rader affirm that something was wrong with my body and that he was able to help fix my problem, not just try to hide it under pain medications. I continue to go for check-ups to make sure my alignment remains in place. My attitude is more positive and I am more active — my life has completely changed for the better and I am so grateful. Thank you, Dr. Rader!

Chronic Neck Pain - Pre and Post Surgery
"The day finally came when I was unable to lift my head to look up."
In September 1984, I took a bad fall off of a 16 ft. ladder. landing on my head and left shoulder. I was hurt, but I was able to get up thinking I would eventually recover. In two months, the pain started getting worse so I started seeing a chiropractor. The treatments helped, but my neck pain was a constant battle. My chiropractor suggested I see a neurosurgeon. On the 12th of October 1986 I had surgery on my neck. The surgery was a micro-discectomy on a herniated disc at C5-6.
As time went on I had some fair days and some not so fair, but I was never completely out of pain. At times I would have to take codeine to alleviate the pain. My condition continued to deteriorate over several years. The day finally came when I was unable to lift my head to look up. I had severe nerve pain in my left arm, could not lie down, and had to sleep sitting up. My chiropractor informed me that I was beyond his help and I needed more surgery. This time one disk had ruptured and was compressing the nerve root to the spinal column. In June 2004 I had no choice but to have a radical discectomy and fusion of C6-7. The surgery was successful in that I could again hold my head up and the pain in the arm was gone. But, my neck still hurt like it did before. It was the old bad disk at C5-6 still giving me trouble.
I was also beginning to experience low back pain involving my sciatic nerve. My chiropractor helped at times with my low back but this time he was no longer able to help me. He suggested I see another surgeon. I opted out and decided to see a D.O. that came highly recommended. She did help me with my low back and sciatic pain, but she was not able to relieve my neck pain. She asked me if I had tried spinal decompression. She said it may be of help for me to give Spinal Decompression a try.
I searched the Internet to see what information I could find on Spinal Decompression. I came across Dr. Rader's site and sent him an e-mail asking if he thought my condition might be helped using his method. He responded to my request and we set up an appointment. It was the best decision I have ever made for myself. I came to him on April 30, 2009. He was very thorough and did some tests I had never experienced before. For 26 years I had been in constant pain with my neck and shoulders. I knew the process would take time, but we quickly got started with treatments. Month by month I continued to see improvement in my condition. Even my low back pain has seen improvement by keeping my upper cervical spine in alignment. I also continue to take the vitamins he recommended. I am better now than I have been in years. Spinal Decompression and upper cervical alignment really works. Nothing else worked for me. I felt some small improvement at times with chiropractic treatment, but it never lasted very long.
Spinal Decompression and NUCCA treatments have been a life saver for me. I knew I was headed for yet another surgery before I saw Dr. Rader so I had to do something. Dr. Rader has made a big change in my overall pain level and I continue to improve. The benefits far outweigh the monetary cost. If Spinal Decompression and Upper Cervical Alignment had been available in 1984 by Dr. Rader, I am convinced I would have never needed the first surgery, much less the second. Take the word from someone who has been down the road with more than one neck surgery and understands what it is like to have constant neck pain. You cannot regain all that you lose after neck surgery. But, spinal decompression will help restore the disk if you catch it in time, and all the pain that goes with surgery can be avoided. Never opt for surgery first.
Sometimes it is necessary, but even when I thought I had waited too long for the third time, Dr. Rader was able to keep me from having another surgery repeat. I can't thank him enough. There is hope for those who have chronic neck pain.

Neck Pain
"Socializing with others was nearly impossible. Driving was no longer an option for me."
I have traveled down a painful and lengthy road toward a full recovery and an exciting life. It was around 15 months ago that an uncle of mine referred me to Dr. Rader at the North Dallas Spine Center. My parents and I were doubtful, but hopeful that Dr. Rader could offer me some glimmer of hope.
I cannot determine when exactly that I injured my neck or got my body so out of line, but Dr. Rader informed me that it would take time for my body to heal because it had taken years for my injury to set in and increase in severity.
I had suffered with painful muscle spasms and a pulled neck for the past 6 years. I had visited numerous specialists for some relief, but relief rarely came and quickly vanished each time. I was put on every muscle relaxer known to the medical field and suffered many side effects from each or a mixture of two. I was tested for inner ear disorders and neurological problems of all sorts. I visited chiropractors who were quick to "pop" and "pull" every inch of my body only to find my problems increasing in pain and intensity.
I had been referred to a neurosurgeon for botox injections into the sight of muscle spasms or a possible surgical procedure in which muscles in my neck and shoulders would be "severed," but no guarantee was made. Due to a lack of knowledge and many small town doctors, I had been diagnosed with "dystonia" based on my symptoms and a lifetime sentence of pain had been placed on me. I battled with depression in the midst of the years of pain because of all the confinement, restrictions, and physical contortions that this disease offered. My head pulled to my right almost continuously when I was sitting or standing upright. I found myself staying in all the time and lying around to get some relief. I wore neck braces for years for some relief. People would stare as I struggled to look forward and as I grimaced in pain. Socializing with others was nearly impossible. Driving was no longer an option for me. Numerous visits to the emergency room where I was given Valium to knock me out would be the only answer the medical field could offer me.
Dr. Rader is my "angel of hope." His dedication to make me live a normal life will never be forgotten. He has answered my prayer to be pain free and to be ever conscious of my body's limitations. My recovery would not be a speedy one, but one of taking an adjustment and carefully watching to make sure it held by resting and making wise decisions to rest and let the adjustment set.
I continue to see Dr. Rader on a regular basis and with each visit we marvel at the "miracle" he has performed.
If you are suffering and do not feel that anyone knows how you feel, including numerous physicians, then I "highly" recommend that you allow my "angel of hope" to review your history and consult with you on your physical ailments.
I am and will always be thankful and never take for granted each pain free minute I have. Let your journey to a healing life begin here with Dr. Rader. We all need an "angel of hope" in our life no matter what ails you.
Sincerely yours,

Neck and Jaw Pain
"For a while I was in so much pain and depression, I did not think anyone could help me, but Dr. Rader proved me wrong."
It is with most gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Rader that I write this letter. I had been suffering from chronic neck and jaw pain for 10 years before finding Dr. Rader. I had been to the best of every type of doctor imaginable (neuro-surgeons, traditional chiropractors, applied kinesiology/chiropractors, orthopedic specialists, physical therapists, plastic surgeons, osteopath doctors, back specialists, oral surgeons, dentists, TMJD certified dentists), and no one was really able to help me. As a result of my chronic pain, I began suffering from depression and anxiety and did not know who to turn to for help. This is when I heard about Dr. Rader's practice.
Dr. Rader has been a life saver for me. He and his staff have been extremely patient and generous to me and all the practice members I have met at his office. For a while I was in so much pain and depression, I did not think anyone could help me, but Dr. Rader proved me wrong. Because of the extent of my injuries and medical history, I did not get immediate relief from NUCCA Chiropractics; however, after sticking with it for about a month, I noticed a huge difference. There are no words to describe how much better I feel after undergoing treatment with Dr. Rader. Everything, including my ankle, knee, hip, TMJD, neck, and headaches have dramatically improved. For anyone who suffers from pain, I would recommend trying Dr. Rader's treatment. Even if you don't get immediate results, don't give up; continue with the treatment for at least a couple of months. I did, and it has turned my life around.
In addition to Dr. Rader's treatment, I found that muscle specialist Dr. Rader recommended is also helping to stabilize my body and helps me to keep my adjustments longer.
Thank you for all your help and patience.
Best Regards,
Dan

Sciatica
"These treatments have made it possible for me to get out of bed without soreness. My family likes me again. I believe in it."
When I first came to see Dr. Rader, I had severe lower sciatic pain. At my first visit, I was very impressed by his analysis of my problem after I literally crawled through his door. I was in severe pain that started in my back and went down my right leg to my knee. I had been to another chiropractor previously, who used a different type of treatment, which was painful and didn't work. After Dr. Rader explained NUCCA care to me, he took x-rays and a thermal scan of my spine, which I had never had before. His thoroughness impressed me the most. He required me to get an MRI, which made me feel more comfortable with what was about to happen.
I had my first adjustment that day. It wasn't painful (something I had expected), it was quick, it was simple, and I was able to stand up straight. I still had a lot of pain as we moved forward with the spinal decompression. It was like taking a giant pain pill that first day. I literally crawled in that morning and walked out that afternoon. These treatments have made it possible for me to get out of bed without soreness. My family likes me again. I believe in it. If you have similar problems, try it. Go through it. And be patient. It does work and I am thankful!

Sciatica
"After just four treatments, the amount of relief was truly amazing."
In November 2002, I developed sciatic nerve pain with radiation into my right hip and lower back. I had been to a Chiropractor for my insurance-allowed 16 visits with no relief. Then my father introduced me to NUCCA and told me about the success he and his wife had experienced with it. I did my homework on NUCCA and discovered that Dr. Rader was the only true NUCCA specialist in the entire Metroplex.
I began treatments in November 2002, in so much pain that it was difficult to walk, sit, and especially painful to get in and out of the car. After just four treatments, the amount of relief was truly amazing. I have continued to receive treatments when necessary and have recently (April 2004) been documented pain free and am holding my alignment for the past four months. At 37 years old, I am now rediscovering my motivation to get back into church softball, golfing on a regular basis, and working out at the gym with my wife. It has been a true miracle!

Balance Problems and Sciatica
"One visit to Dr. Rader, X-rays, and one correction resulted in a new awareness and complete recovery from all the shaking and balance problems."
It is with extreme gratitude that we want to express our appreciation for what you did for both of us. Fred suffered from unknown balance problems for 18 years. He consulted with neurologists, chiropractors, psychologists, and cardiologists. No help was received and they told him they couldn't find anything wrong. Eighteen years. One visit to Dr. Rader, X-rays, and one correction resulted in a new awareness and complete recovery from all the shaking and balance problems. His only problem now is to break his 18-year habit of leaning against a wall for balance, which he no longer needs to do. Our family and friends are amazed! It was such a simple, painless treatment.
My healing was a little less dramatic. Dr. Rader performed the same procedure on me for sciatic nerve problems and, for the first time in a year, the pain was gone and I slept through the night.
We both are amazed and thank God for Dr. Rader and his friendly staff. We told Dr. Rader we wished we'd found him 20 years ago but he quickly informed us that 20 years ago he was 13! We truly are blessed to find him.

Back Pain, Numbness and Infertility
"The adjustments made to the atlas in my neck not only straightened my spine and took away the numbness in my toes, but I believe that they also opened up compressed passages and pinched nerves allowing me to finally become pregnant."
My husband and I had been married for about 7 years when we decided we would like to start a family. After a year or so without having a baby, we started going to doctors to find out what the problem was. This began about 5 years of infertility treatments. Although we never took it as far as in vitro fertilization, we tried everything else the specialists suggested, including surgery. After the operation, the doctor told us that there really was no reason we couldn't get pregnant. However, we kept trying for more than a year and a half, with no results.
During this time I began having flare-ups in my lower back that worsened to the point where my toes were numb and lost feeling. Since I was a teenager, I had been under periodic chiropractic care and decided I had better find a doctor to help me. A co-worker told me about a wonderful new method called NUCCA, which had helped him and his wife to achieve some amazing results.
I called Dr. Travis Rader and made an appointment to come and see him. During the initial checkup we went through my list of symptoms and I mentioned that I was infertile. He told me to be aware that one of the side effects of this highly specialized chiropractic care is a cure for infertility. We laughed about it, and I began coming every week for my adjustments. Within 6 weeks I was pregnant for the first time in my life!
Unfortunately, that pregnancy ended in a miscarriage at about 10 weeks. For about a year my husband and I avoided getting pregnant, but unexpectedly, once again I became pregnant in the summer of 2003. Today we have a beautiful, perfect little baby girl, Jalie.
I tease Dr. Rader about being responsible for this baby! I know in my heart that his treatment is the reason she is here. The adjustments made to the atlas in my neck not only straightened my spine and took away the numbness in my toes, but I believe that they also opened up compressed passages and pinched nerves allowing me to finally become pregnant. We are so thankful for this unexpected blessing from God, and grateful to Dr. Rader for the profound effect his practice has made on our health, our lives and our home. Headaches and Back Pain
"If I only would have met him sooner."
When I came to Dr. Rader, I had to go see a chiropractor at least once a month. Pop back, snap neck and come back next month was what I was told I needed to do. I did this for about 10 years. When I came in and saw Dr. Rader, he told me he could help me without the snap, crackle and pop. At first I couldn't believe that. With a couple of adjustments, I'm a believer in what Dr. Rader has done to free me from the headaches and back pain that I've felt all those years. "If I only would have met him sooner."

Chronic Debilitating Pain
"My life was drastically changed in a heartbeat on December 23, 2009, when I was nearly killed in a serious car wreck."
I highly recommend Dr. Travis and his friendly staff to any patient who suffers from head, neck, or back pain and has all but given up on hope of living a life without pain.
My life was drastically changed in a heartbeat on December 23, 2009, when I was nearly killed in a serious car wreck. See background below for details.
My life was forever improved from the very first day I began treatment with Dr. Rader, which was on May 6, 2010. I was absolutely and utterly out of options when my Fitness Trainer recommended that I find a NUCCA Chiropractor and seek treatment. The only constant in my life at that point was the severe and continuous pain I was suffering and the certainty that I would be losing my job if I could not return to work full-time almost immediately.
The only way I was able to cope daily was with the love and support of my family and friends, and through my faith that God would lead me to acceptance or healing. I was hoping to be able to live a life with improved quality but I never imagined it was possible to live without pain.
The results from my very first treatment with Dr. Rader were dramatic. He had told me that the adjustment of the atlas was subtle and without popping or cracking. When he told me he was finished, I was very skeptical.
Immediately upon completion of the first treatment, adjustment and spinal decompression, I experienced the following: slightly dizzy, able to breathe more deeply (previously I felt like an 18-wheeler had parked on my chest), I felt more balanced (my leg lengths were now even and the weight I was carrying on each side of my body was now even), change in fibromyalgia symptoms (complete relief of some trigger points), and it felt like a 500-pound weight had been lifted from my shoulders. I was exhausted and I felt burning in my calves and forearms from this tremendous burden being lifted. I went home and slept like a baby for 2.5 hours.
The next morning my calves didn't hurt anymore. The biggest most dramatic change I felt was that I got my "snap back" which meant I could think more clearly, the deep depression was lifted and I had some zest for life again. My rehabilitation and recovery have been steady but obviously didn't happen overnight. Fortunately, the results of my continued treatment provided me with the strength and conviction that I could completely heal and live with much less pain and ultimately pain free.
My next milestones from treatment with Dr. Rader were turning 50 at the end of May 2010 and not feeling 80, being able to stop taking several medications that had bad side effects, and not only returning to work full-time in June 2010, but having the ability to think clearly (unable to do so previously for over 6 months), being productive, and working without constant pain.
My ultimate milestone is being able to sleep through the night without medication and attain deep REM sleep, which I achieved shortly after returning to work in June 2010. This achievement is significant since I had not been able to sleep without the aid of medication for six years. It is amazing after being in continuous pain for so long to finally be pain-free for even a day. I was able to hold my alignment for a day at first, then eventually a week and now weeks at a time. I continue to receive necessary treatment from Dr. Travis Rader and have graduated from weekly treatment to treatment every 4 weeks. My immune system continues to be strengthened and 2011 is the year of my continued health, wellness, and vitality.
Thank you Dr. Rader and your Staff for greeting me with a smile, treating me with care and compassion, providing me validation that my pain was real, and believing and proving that you could treat me and heal me. I believe in you and thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me my LIFE back. Thanks! May God bless you in your life and in your mission to provide healing therapeutic care for those that so desperately need it.

I was in a serious accident 12/23/09, was unable to work and was put on short-term disability.
My injuries were sustained from a car wreck where the vehicle's steering malfunctioned at 65 miles per hour in rush-hour traffic on IH-10 in Beaumont, TX, two days before Christmas. I sustained 6 directions of severe whiplash when the vehicle suddenly jerked from the far left lane into the center lane and back to the far left lane and then into the concrete divider separating the highway on the high-rise. Miraculously, I lived. However, rehabilitating was a very long and painful journey. I had exhausted all of the following treatment options without relief from serious, continuous, debilitating pain, including pain in the head, neck and back and overall pain of fibromyalgia and migraine (12/23/09-5/4/10): regular chiropractic, orthopedic/physical therapy, pain management/spinal injections, fitness training, biofeedback, hypnosis, relaxation techniques, medication, herbal medicine, and acupuncture. I also suffered severe insomnia and any sleep I did get was without REM sleep, which damages the body's immune system and prevents the body's ability to rejuvenate cells.
If I had not improved quickly and comprehensively, I would have lost my job to permanent disability as of 5/29/10. I was referred to a specialized NUCCA Chiropractor, Dr. Travis Rader, who has ultimately been able to help me tremendously since the start of my treatment on 5/6/10. A NUCCA Chiropractor is a highly specialized chiropractor that treats patients through adjustment of the axis vertebra and spinal decompression. This treatment is highly effective in patients with severe chronic pain and enables the spine to align with the properly aligned atlas. The proper alignment and the decompression from the spinal decompression treatment enable the healing of the spinal column and related nerves (central nervous system). NUCCA stands for National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association. For more information, see http://www.northdallasspinecenter.com and http://www.nucca.org
Back Pain, Muscle Spasms and Headaches
"I felt like life as I knew and loved it was over."
I was in a very bad car wreck in August of 1994 at the age of 18. I was undergoing care/treatment from Physical Therapists, Chiropractic care and Neurologists, and taking pain medication. I felt like life as I knew and loved it was over.
After 4 years of random doctors, I stopped all treatment as nothing truly worked and my insurance company placed an Exclusion Rider on anything car wreck related. Overall, I am a very healthy individual and at least 97% of doctor visits were related to my injuries. Basically, I learned to deal with daily headaches, knots in my shoulders that were visible, and an aching back. At this point in time, I could not stand up longer than an hour or so without sitting and letting pressure off my neck, back, and shoulders. At the age of 22, I felt like I was 60 years old. I was unable to work out or exercise because the pain only intensified. I went to school, worked, and slept. That's it...my exciting life.
After several years of pain and suffering, I had a dear friend who explained NUCCA to me and how she thought it could really help. At first I was very skeptical because my father was a regular Chiropractor and I always thought "father knows best." Chiropractors could temporarily relieve me of pain but it was never permanent. Another barrier was cost. I am on a budget and I really didn't have the money to even try NUCCA. Despite all the limitations, I gave it a shot and what a life-changing matter it has become! I feel like I am 28 or even 21! In less than a year, I have started enjoying life again. NO HEADACHES! No more Vicodin, Tylenol, or Ibuprofen! I have more energy than I could have ever imagined. It's nothing short of a miracle and I owe it all to Dr. Rader.
In addition to the main reasons I started seeing Dr. Rader, I would like to add I don't suffer from allergies anymore. I used to take medicines for allergies on a daily basis and now I take them a few times every couple of months. What a great added bonus!
From now until the day I die, I owe Dr. Rader my life because until I met him, I wasn't truly living. He has brought me good health and LIFE and for that I am forever indebted. I hope my story has impacted you in some way. Good luck and be healthy!
Thank you, Dr. Rader!! More than you will ever know.
Sincerely,

Chronic Back Pain After Auto Accident
"After my first visit, I was no longer in pain and was amazed with the results."
Over 40 years of ago, I was in an auto accident that put me in the hospital for 3 months. When I was released from the hospital, I was wearing a complete back brace. I had been told that I would need to wear the brace for the rest of my life.
At that time, I had two small children and was unable to provide the type of care I wanted with the confines of a back brace. Being young and naive, I took it off and resumed my activities after three months.
I had lived with chronic back pain since that accident, until I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Rader. In another accident, I injured my back last August. I tried physical therapy and regular medical treatments for several weeks prior to my visit. I did not want to keep taking the pain medications and muscle relaxants.
After my first visit, I was no longer in pain and was amazed with the results. I have had only one episode of pain in the past nine months. That was quickly relieved by a visit with Dr. Rader. As an RN I knew what chronic pain could do to a person both physically and mentally.
There are no words that can accurately express the gratitude I feel for Dr. Rader's knowledge.
Respectfully,

Scoliosis
"All of my pain is gone, my drop foot is gone, and I am pain free and I intend to keep doing this for the rest of my life..."
I am an adult scoliosis patient and I was in a lot of pain. I had consulted with three different doctors who all told me I was facing major surgery to relieve the pain. I had also developed drop foot, where the left side of my foot would just flop along. Someone suggested I try NUCCA. I had never heard of NUCCA, but I found a doctor in my area at the time, and he told me to give him six months to get me back on my feet before I considered surgery. Since then, I have moved to the Dallas area and found Dr. Rader and continuously go every four to six weeks because of my scoliosis. All of my pain is gone, my drop foot is gone, and I am pain free and I intend to keep doing this for the rest of my life if need be instead of having any type of surgery.

"You and your practice are truly a blessing to our family."
I just wanted to take a moment and send this email to you to "thank you so much" for all that you have done for Wayne. This past weekend was the most pleasant time we have spent together since before his open heart surgery. He actually felt good, laughed and seemed so much like his old self. He is sleeping so much better than before. He still cannot sleep the whole night through, but he is able to sleep for 4 hours straight. He has told me that the pain is not gone, but it is tolerable. He has not missed a day of work since his first appointment with you. I am very encouraged that he will someday be pain free and will be able to umpire softball again. I have told so many people about you and your practice and encouraged them to give you a call. We plan to bring our daughter and son into see you when we get Wayne straightened out. Our kids are both athletes and complain constantly about their backs hurting. I know that you can get them straightened out as well. You and your practice are truly a blessing to our family.
I am so thankful that God brought us together. GOD BLESS YOU!

Fibromyalgia
"Within the first month of treatment I began to feel better. My energy level improved, and I was able to go off the narcotics because my pain was gone!"
I came to see Dr. Rader in February 2002 after suffering with Fibromyalgia for approximately 5-6 years. I was being treated with powerful narcotics and was getting minimal relief. I had recently stopped working except for an occasional four-hour shift when I was actually able to get out of bed and remain upright. Dr. Rader examined me, x-rayed my spine, and told me he could get me healthy. I wasn't quite as optimistic as he was because I had tried many different treatments in the past that had proven unsuccessful. Dr. Rader explained the pathways the nerves took that generated from my spine, and I began to understand how all the different body systems were affected. Within the first month of treatment I began to feel better. My energy level improved, and I was able to go off the narcotics because my pain was gone!! It took several appointments to get my spine to stay in alignment, but Dr. Rader's treatment was almost immediate and doesn't compare to any treatments or results I've had with any other thing I've tried in the past. I would definitely recommend Dr. Rader to anyone who is suffering in any way. Theoretically - aligning the spine affects every body system and I saw the changes immediately after being treated by Dr. Rader. Any practice member that comes to North Dallas Spine Center will be changed and be healthier than they could ever imagine.
Thank you Dr. Rader!!! You made a believer out of me.

My Name is David
Written by his Grandma
"David has discovered a whole new world. It is called Outside!"
For a child who suffered from severe asthma attacks, getting that sentence out in one breath was difficult at times. In fact, just getting a breath in was difficult at times.
David was born on October 3rd, 2000. He had complications at birth and when he was born he was in respiratory distress. They rushed him to ICU and after a few hours on oxygen he was much better. We brought him home, proud parents and grandparents all excited with the birth of our first child and grandchild.
At 2 months, David came down with a cold and then a sinus infection and another cold and bad cough and bronchitis and then another cold and sinus infection and then a bad cough and bronchitis...you get the picture. We spent more time in doctor's offices and hospital emergency rooms then we did at home over the next 3 years. They kept telling us that David had a low immune system which was the reason for him getting sick so often and so severely. He had breathing difficulties all the time while he was ill. We thought ok, we will just have to keep him away from people and take turns staying up with him at night taking care of him. My daughter quit her job and the family shared in supporting them.
Finally, after 3 years, we took him to a different specialist at Medical City and after a few short tests, the Doctor told us "this child has asthma and probably has since he was born." Our mouths fell open, we could not believe that after all the doctors David had been too, not one of them had diagnosed him with asthma. My daughter and I looked at each other, with tears and frustration.
Shaking our heads we took a short class in the doctor' office and went through training on what to do, how to administer his medications, what to do when he stops breathing. I thought my God! Stops breathing! Did I hear that right? I do not remember hearing anything after that. I just put my head in my hands and cried.
She told us that David would grow out of it around 5 or 6. So we learned all we could about asthma. We found out that David had allergy induced asthma. Living in Texas I think everyone suffers from allergies and that meant we had a battle on our hands. We learned to count breaths, give breathing treatments, a routine of medicines taken by mouth, nose spray, humidifier and air monitors in his room. We had a filtering system put in David's house and we put air filtering machines in my house. We bought special sheets, pillow cases, soaps, lotions and then some. No cats, no dogs, no carpet, no stuffed animals, and even after all of that, David still seemed to be sick more than he was well. He did not get to run, jump, play with other kids or go to family reunions. I prayed for a miracle every day and night. One day when David turned 5, I found my modern day miracle in Dr. Rader.
I was seeing Dr. Rader for my back and he asked me if I was picking heavy things up. I said, "Just my grandson. He is a sick child and I carry him a lot." I told him the story of David and his asthma. Dr. Rader suggested I bring David in to see him. I looked at him a little surprised and asked "You can treat asthma?" He said, yes. I said ok!
I went home and told my daughter. She said "Mom, we have seen 50 doctors and you are telling me that your back Doctor who plays with your ear is going to help David?" I said, "Yes, I believe he can." So after a few months of arguing back and forth, she let me bring him. That was in the fall of 2006.
Today it is June 2007 and David has discovered a whole new world. It is called Outside! David rides his bike almost every day and he can swim under water the length of my volley ball pool. He just won his first trophy for playing T-Ball and they have nicked named him Babe Ruth.
David has not had an asthma attack in over 6 months! We took him off his daily steroids and a lot of his other medications. He is running and playing just like the other kids. I thank God everyday for His healing power and the talents of Dr. Rader.
Thank you, Dr. Rader. There is nothing on this earth I could give you to show you how much we appreciate what you have done for David, so I will ask God to bless you abundantly.
P.S. Doctors tell me David will be at least 6 feet 7 inches tall. One day he will carry his grandma.

Back Pain
"I have been extremely blessed and am now cancer-free and will always see Dr. Rader regularly..."
I was introduced to NUCCA in 1999 by my son, who resided in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He had played professional basketball for 4-1/2 years but his career ended due to a herniated disc. He discovered Dr. Ray in Tulsa. The NUCCA treatments not only got his back in alignment and relieved him of severe pain, but they allowed him to live a normal and active life. He has been in alignment now for 2 years!
In August 1999, I was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma. I had constant pain especially in my back and could get no relief from anything. My son insisted I see Dr. Ray.
It was one of the wisest decisions I have ever made. I lived in Conroe, 50 miles north of Houston, and would fly to Tulsa on a regular basis to see Dr. Ray. In 2000 my job required me to move to Sarasota Florida. I found Dr. Thomas, a NUCCA doctor located 3 hours away and I would drive to see him for regular appointments.
In September 2001 I moved back to Texas and came home to Dallas. I just assumed I'd be flying back to Tulsa to see Dr. Ray, but much to my amazement I found Dr. Rader right here in Dallas!!!
I have certainly been on a journey with challenges and many valuable lessons. I have been extremely blessed and am now cancer-free and will always see Dr. Rader regularly to be assured that I'm always in alignment.
Thank You Dr. Rader...Thank You NUCCA!!!!

Pain Down Leg (Sciatica)
"It has been over two weeks since my last adjustment and I'm thrilled to tell you I have not had one incident with my back and no electrical shocks."
I understand the NUCCA Technique is the manual method of adjusting the atlas subluxation complex and is based on 3D X-ray studies that determine the correct line of drive or vector of force. I may never understand this technique completely, but I want to thank you for what you have done for me.
After many trips to the Texas Back Institute to find out why I was having a constant problem with what I can only describe as electrical shocks down the left side of my body that would buckle my leg, and I felt like I had grabbed a 110 volt outlet. The surgeon at the Texas Back Institute took many X-rays, sent me to Physical Therapists and to a Neurologist. I have had an MRI and was scheduled for a myelogram the day before I went to your office. I know my health insurance company has spent thousands of dollars on my behalf, but no one was able to tell me what my problem was, nor give me any relief in stopping this problem.
It has been over two weeks since my last adjustment and I'm thrilled to tell you I have not had one incident with my back and no electrical shocks.
I said all this to let you know I've got my head on straight, literally, thanks to you. I will recommend your services at the North Dallas Spine Center to everybody I know with pleasure.
Regards,
Gary

Good Doctor
"He is going to be a great doctor someday I thought. Of that, I am confident."
After checking in, I went directly to a chair that was away from others who were already waiting. I picked up a slightly tattered magazine and began to flip through the pages not sure if I really felt like reading. It wasn't long before Travis entered the room to greet me. I returned his "hello" and we started walking down the hallway together. Immediately, he said, "You seem low-key." Surprised by his comment, I responded, "I do?" How could he tell, I thought. I always smile when I see him. He was perceptive. I went on to say that I had had a rotten day at work.
In the adjusting room, Travis opened up my file to look at his notes from the last appointment while I started to lament, "I have a co-worker that is so critical of my every move! She said some things about me that really hurt and I don't think the situation was handled very well. She accused me of things I had said which were completely misinterpreted, not to mention insignificant. I had to defend myself without having any time to prepare what I wanted to say. Her comments were just thrown at me," I continued as I slumped onto the chair.
We talked briefly about other things and Travis asked me how I'd been feeling since the last adjustment and as usual he made a few notes in my chart. Moving to the table, he continued the routine by turning a small handle, changing the position of the headrest where he would be adjusting my neck. With his back to me, he softly stated, "It sounds like you need to confront your co-worker about what's bothering you. You should talk to her as soon as possible. Just be gentle."
I didn't say a word. I wanted to continue feeling sorry for myself. With silence still in the air, he paused, turned toward me and looked directly into my eyes. I almost melted. His eyes said I care that this situation is bothering you, but his "look" also inferred that he knew he was right. And I knew it, too.
As I left the student clinic that day my convictions were clear. My friend's "quiet confidence" helped me realize that I needed to face my co-worker, something I was not at all looking forward to doing. I thought about his comment to "be gentle." Even though I viewed her as my enemy, I needed to treat her with kindness. What Travis was quietly saying to me was to "speak the truth of love." I doubt that a lot of people would have offered that advice. He is going to be a great doctor some day I thought. Of that, I am confident.

Knee and Sinus Problems
"Because I didn't have any sinus problems anymore, I completely forgot about having them in the first place."
I've been a NUCCA practice member for almost four years. Through the years I have come to an understanding of knowing what exactly that means. NUCCA has helped me with things I never imagined it would. I had knee problems for years and sinus problems all my life. Dr. Rader, through his knowledge, background and patience, has helped me through my ailments.
I've been a runner and athlete all my life. I actually began thinking I really needed to give up running...until I met Dr. Rader. I have to admit when I found out he was a chiropractor I didn't want much to do with it. I always associated chiropractors with the back. I didn't have back problems. I also heard enough stories to keep me away from chiropractors.
I had the privilege to get to know Dr. Rader as a friend first and I trusted him. He checked my legs one day and found that they were uneven. I decided to let him work on me. I still didn't expect much, however, because I didn't have back problems. I was right. I didn't notice a thing (the first time). After Dr. Rader worked on me some more I could do things I hadn't been able to do for years. Oh, and my sinus problems were gone! Because I didn't have any sinus problems anymore, I completely forgot about having them in the first place.
It took me about two years to really know when I "blew my fuse" as Dr. Rader puts it. There have been times when I thought I was "out" and I wasn't and vice versa. I'm amazed at how the body works with NUCCA. Now, when I'm sick I don't get antibiotics, I get a correction. I am very blessed to have met Dr. Rader. He really cares about his practice members and he's not happy until he reaches perfection. If you would like to contact me about NUCCA and my experiences feel free to call me.

Frustrated With Chronic Pain
"I wish I had met Dr. Rader years ago..."
For the past few months I have been having trouble with my knee, as well as my back, legs and everything else. I came to see Dr. Rader because my daughter was hopeful that he could help me. After years of being active and fighting pain, my body seemed to be shutting down. Honestly I was frustrated, mad and altogether ready to give up. I was hoping that Dr. Rader could help me but I have seen many doctors without much help. I am excited to say in just one month I am doing much better. I feel better and I am excited to see the changes to come in the next months. I mostly am happy that I am not taking as much pain medication and am hopeful that over time my body will continue to heal. I wish I had met Dr. Rader years ago, but hey, better late than never. Thank you Dr. Rader!

Qulaity NUCCA and Upper Cervical Care
"Now that I'm receiving good adjustments again, I am more productive, and I don't fear lifting weights or playing golf."
I am very happy that Dr. Rader has come to North Texas! I grew up receiving NUCCA care from Dr. Brooks in Tulsa, who is a master. I was able to avoid surgery after a power lifting accident under his care.
Unfortunately, after moving to North Texas, it was difficult to hold my adjustments. I was driving back to Tulsa to see Dr. Brooks, and then I tried my luck with local chiropractors. One day my mother called and said Dr. Rader had been working with Dr. Brooks, and had opened an office in Plano. The first day I saw him was a great day! Now that I'm receiving good adjustments again, I am more productive, and I don't fear lifting weights or playing golf.

Back Stiffness
"We have been thrilled with the results.... I can't tell you how much it has helped."
When our family walked into your office in May, I didn't know what to expect. We have been thrilled with the results. Our son Josh competes at a high level in junior golf and had 1 tournament under par last summer. This summer he had 10! Our other son is Matthew and after playing golf for 3 or 4 years, his back was way out of line and he felt very stiff. Now he is loose and he feels great! My daughter Sarah and I have also been under your excellent care. I can't tell you how much it has helped. We feel Great!
Thank you and God Bless You!

Burning in Feet
"After several visits to Dr. Rader, the pain has reduced tremendously and my lower back doesn't hurt when I walk anymore."
To all perspective practice members:
A few months ago I noticed a burning sensation along the top of my toes. This was painful and became even more so as the time progressed. I saw a podiatrist that wanted to see me supports ($500) to wear in my shoes that would elevate my feet off the nerve that was causing the pain. Basically they wanted to patch the problem instead of fixing the problem. After several visits to Dr. Rader, the pain has reduced tremendously and my lower back doesn't hurt when I walk anymore. His painless method of adjustment helped me greatly and I would recommend his treatment to anyone with such type of problem.Very pleased,

Hoping praying it lasts

Eye Problem Helped
I have been coming to you ever since you opened your office in the Dallas area and I wanted to let you know how very much I appreciate you and this type of Chiropractic practice.
I was introduced to this type by my friend in Tulsa, Oklahoma around twelve years ago. I had done a somersault down one flight of stairs at my office, which two years later I began to see the results of that fall with my eyes involuntarily closing and opening. Needless to say this was very dangerous driving and trying to work at an office. I began to go to different Chiropractors even in Alabama and one in Irving Texas told me she wasn't helping me that I needed to have an X-Ray which I did and had two bulging discs in my neck so I certainly couldn't go to that type of Doctor any longer. I then went to two different Neurologists, which informed me that I had Blepharospasm with no hope of ever getting better. They gave me a stack of letters from different Doctors around the world stating the same with another stack of contacts of care groups to help me go through the hopelessness.
My friend paid for my flight to Tulsa every month for two years until you began your practice here in the Dallas area. I began to then come to you and little by little the treatments would hold longer and longer until my eyes were healed. Needless to say to me this has been a miracle.
I now come to you when I have a problem such as falling and causing my back pain but no longer any problems with the Blepharospasm. I am so sold out on this type of treatment that I tell everyone I come into contact with that has any kind of problem that could be helped by you. I have worked at the Army and Air Force Exchange Service for almost 23 years so all those I have worked with remembers how I was and would sometimes run into them just walking to different areas of the building.
Dr. Rader, I am truly grateful to you for all you have done for me and wanted to let you know as I know you really haven't known my full story.
My thanks again to you.

Numb Fingers
"I am so grateful to you, Dr. Rader - there was a time that I thought I might never get to fly again, but YOU gave me my WINGS back!"
I wanted to let you know how fortunate I am to have found you! For over a year and a half I have been in constant pain. Pain that started in my elbow, intensified, and started moving up and down my right arm. Until finding you, I had spent over a year with an orthopedic doctor. I have had MRI's on my elbow, shoulder and neck. The findings would be mild this, moderate that - but without a "here is what we are going to do to fix this. " I was sent to a neurologist, once again, mild impingement here and there and again without a "here is what we are going to do to fix this." The pain was now radiating further and my fingers were getting numb. My doctor, at this point, pulled me from flying. I am a flight attendant for Southwest Airlines. I love my job, but if you cannot feel your fingers...well, you shouldn't be flying. I agreed to take oral steroids and sit on my laurels while this doctor decided what next. I must say, that after a week on steroids, my pain was going away, by then I finished with the prescription and the pain was right back. Back to the orthopedic I went and in horror I was told that I could possibly have RA and that he wanted to run a bunch of blood tests to rule out several things. I played the game - well frankly, I was scared but I was also - remember sitting at home and I was doing a lot of research on my own. Eight vials of blood later and damn near passing out...I don't have RA, I don't have some crazy, my blood count is fine, my thyroid is fine, and my liver is fine. MY ELBOW HURTS AND MY FINGERS ARE NUMB!!! One more trip to the doctor, he looked at me and said, "I DON'T KNOW, I COULD CUT ON YOU IN ABOUT 10 DIFFERENT PLACES." He then handed me a brochure for a doctor that does pain management and a prescription for painkillers and Lyrica. I left there with tears rolling down my face. My sister suggested that I find a chiropractor. Honestly, I had always thought they were quacks! Sorry, but I did - I DON'T NOW! I have spent weeks researching what could be wrong with me. I could probably get into medical school with what I know about nerves, tendons, condials, blood vessels and the like. I can tell you where nerves innervate in your spine. I found a website that discussed spinal decompression and the NUCCA treatment. I found it to make sense and I was ready to try anything. I searched for a chiropractor, first of all that had been practicing this for more than a couple of years and certified in this treatment - Dr. Rader. I made the appointment that has since CHANGED MY LIFE. You were up front and honest. You told me this would not be quick and that I MUST be patient. You said I didn't get this way over night and it would not go away overnight. I was then scheduled for 20 treatments/appointments. By appointment number 5 - my fingers were no longer numb! My pain level had decreased dramatically. You were still telling me - "you have just started and you have a long way to go." Appointment numbers 12, 13, and 14 I started feeling really good and getting anxious to go back to work. But you said "NO!" I have followed the rules and I am glad I did! Today, I am for the most part pain free. I am still in treatment and Dr. Rader, you told me that once you feel that I am totally healed, you would continue to follow me for a year. I am so grateful to you, Dr. Rader - there was a time that I thought I might never get to fly again, but YOU gave me my WINGS back! And for that, I will forever be grateful!!

Back Pain
"...it literally made me a new person."
You have made a huge difference in my life in helping me get back to normal with no more pain in my neck region. I sleep better, have more energy to do yard work, hose work or just walking the dog. I will definitely recommend you to anyone who is in need of the DRX-9000, it literally made me a new person.
